THEY HAVE ALREADY IMPLEMENTED ISO 50001.
Among our partners are the leaders of the domestic service provider and industrial sectors:

Navigating the constantly changing EU and domestic regulations is difficult, and the risk (and amount) of fines is high.
Your company lacks the in-house capacity and specialized expertise required to guarantee a successful and timely implementation.
Your competitors are already further ahead in the green transition and can easily gain a market advantage if your company does not act in time.
If any of this sounds familiar, it's no coincidence.
We understand your situation perfectly – because we help large companies facing these very challenges every day.
Directive 2023/1791 states
that enterprises which, on average over the last 3 years, had a total annual energy consumption exceeding 85 TJ are obliged to implement an energy management system. bevezetni.
This system must have independent certification according to the relevant European or international standards – for example, based on the ISO 50001 standard. The implementation deadline is October 11, 2027.

This is about more than just complying with a regulation:
the ISO 50001 will be an important milestone in your company's life
Until you have a certified energy management system,
not only are you pressured by the implementation deadline, but your company is essentially operating blindfolded in terms of energy management. Energy costs are rising, but it's not clear exactly where the money is leaking because waste embedded in the systems remains hidden.
Thus, even if management wants to make responsible decisions, it lacks a reliable picture of energy flows. It's as if your company were trying to treat an illness without an X-ray: you might suspect where the problem is, but you lack an accurate diagnosis.

This is where Winergy's comprehensive service comes in,
providing a predictable and secure energy management framework for your company. A transparent system that simultaneously ensures mandatory regulatory compliance, reduces risks, and creates a green competitive advantage for you in the market.
And the best part is that we consolidate this entire process, taking the burden off your shoulders.
And this is what the future looks like after the ISO 50001 implementation,
when management, along with you, can finally lean back because full regulatory compliance is guaranteed, and the company's energy management is transparent and easily manageable.
Processes are measurable, and every penny spent on energy can be tracked precisely. This leads to more efficient operations, reduced costs, and a more stable, greener future for your company.

Is your company ready for transparent energy management?*
A great solution for large consumers.
This service is for you if…
You manage a large-volume industrial company,
where energy usage is a determining factor – be it in the automotive, chemical, food, or metal industry.
You operate as an energy or utility provider,
making not only regulatory compliance but also public accountability a key issue.
You manage a logistics or commercial network,
(from retail chains to large transportation companies) where continuous operation and energy efficiency are a competitive advantage.
You make decisions on behalf of an institution or knowledge center,
where sustainability reporting and a green image are key to reputation and future funding.
The ISO 50001 implementation step by step, as no one has ever explained it to you:

Step #1.:
Preparatory phase and assessment
We analyse project team and responsible persons are appointed, resources (time, money, expertise) are secured, the current energy usage is reviewed, and legal and other requirements are identified.

Step #2.:
Documentation development
First, the energy baseline (EnB) and performance indicators (EnPIs) must be determined. This is followed by formulating the energy management policy, setting objectives, and recording priorities. Based on these, the action and implementation plans are prepared.

Step #3.:
Training and awareness raising
Procedures, policies, and work instructions are prepared, the system of records and registers is assembled, communication channels are set up. Employee training takes place, and mindset shaping occurs.

Step #4.:
Launching
projects
The actual implementation of the planned measures begins with the introduction of the measurement system and data collection, followed by constant monitoring and measurement to continuously track energy consumption and EnPIs.

Step #5.:
Internal
audit
During the internal management review, development opportunities are explored, goal achievement is evaluated, existing action plans are updated, and new objectives are set. This is a multi-day, multi-site task requiring significant capacity.

Step #6.:
Certification
audit
The selected independent and accredited external certification body conducts the certification audit, examining whether the developed system meets the requirements of the ISO 50001 standard, with an evaluation and report prepared for the authority.
At this point, based on the decision of the external certification body, your company either receives the certificate or is asked to take further corrective actions.
If all is well, the 3-year certification cycle begins.

Step #7.:
Surveillance audit in year 2
After one year, another external audit takes place, reviewing whether the system is operating properly in all respects. If the surveillance audit finds deficiencies, corrective actions are required.

Step #8.:
Main audit
in year 3
The company must continuously improve its system to maintain compliance. At the end of the three-year certification cycle, a full main audit is prepared, where the entire system is re-evaluated.

Step #9.:
Recertification audit in year 4
The certificate must be extended or renewed every three years. After a successful audit, the certificate is usually extended for another 3 years, and the entire audit cycle restarts.
This recurring cycle ensures your company maintains and continuously improves its system according to the ISO 50001 standard.
Developing the system is a multi-stakeholder task,
Winergy creates a win-win situation
between them.

This is your company facing ISO 50001 certification
The company you represent is the client, fulfilling a legal obligation and enjoying the benefits of implementation.

And this is us, the Winergy expert team
The company you represent is the client, fulfilling a legal obligation and enjoying the benefits of implementation.
Let us show the other contributors,
whom we will coordinate:
An independent
company is needed
They are the external auditor who will officially confirm compliance through an independent expert examination.
The National Accreditation Authority is also involved
As an official body, it supervises the legally and professionally flawless operation of the external certification company.
And of course, the MEKH must be involved in the process
The authority that holds you accountable for fulfilling (or not fulfilling) the requirements.
Although multiple parties are involved in this process,
you will only need to maintain contact with us:
we coordinate everything until successful certification (and even beyond).
We are the mortar between our clients,
regulations, and authorities
Scientific background with market experience.
This is Winergy.
With the experience of hundreds of successful energy projects, and the knowledge of our multiple PhD experts and university lecturers, we provide our partners with the highest professional standards.
Through our members of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and internationally awarded energy consultants, we work with proven scientific background and practical experience. Our experts are constantly present in the domestic and international professional life: we shape professional dialogue through publications, conference presentations, and regulatory consultations.

Our mission is to help large companies experience their energy obligations not as a burden but as an opportunity – thereby turning compliance into tangible business and sustainability advantages.
2010
since we've been helping our partners' competitiveness
1000+
partners and clients we work with
3,7+
billion Forints we have saved
so far in energy costs
35.000+
employees we've educated on sustainability
This is why large consumers trust us:
Transparent costs, predictable system:
we provide a laser-precise, all-inclusive offer.
The ISO 50001 cost of building and maintaining consists of four main parts:
IMPLEMENTATION (ONE-TIME FEE)
System setup, documentation, training, and preparation.
MAINTENANCE
(MONTHLY FEE)
Operation and support depending on company size and consumption.
INITIAL AND RECERTIFICATION AUDIT
In the first year, and then mandatorily every third year as per the regulation.
SURVEILLANCE AUDIT
In the intervening years.
The ISO 50001 value is measured not in forints, but in hidden benefits.
Here are two that others probably won't tell you about.
#1 You will be set to win in the intensifying "green competition"
Energy costs and CO₂ quotas are constantly rising, while the market and society are increasingly demanding sustainability.
By obtaining certification, your company operates with a smaller ecological footprint, builds a greener image, and more customers will choose you due to your environmentally conscious solutions. This represents a reputational advantage over competitors.

#2 The invisible
becomes visible
Through ISO 50001, you will get data of a detail that was previously impossible to track, e.g., how many kWh to produce 1 pallet of milk, how many MJ to produce 1 ton of tiles.
Thus, you will have precise KPIs per production unit, per product, enabling your company to see and influence energy flows with X-ray precision. Furthermore, it's worth leveraging their news and advertising value.
The certificate means tangible business advantages beyond fulfilling obligations, which strengthen your company's competitiveness in the long term.
Attention: as the 2027 deadline approaches, any delay results in increasingly expensive and risky solutions.
If you are reading this, you probably want to secure your company's future. But don't calculate now how to handle the ISO 50001 implementation in-house.
Instead, consider whether you are truly willing to risk:

If you answered "no" to these questions,
